Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for damage to your package after shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all of our items.

Upon receipt of your order, Freely Underwear will send you a purchase confirmation email.

SHIPPING LIMA METROPOLITANA: all purchases will have a shipping cost of S / .12.00

SHIPPING LIMA PROVINCE AND CALLAO: all purchases will have a shipping cost of S / .16.00

SHIPPING PROVINCE: all purchases from the province will have a shipping cost of S /. 20.00

Our orders in peruvian provinces are sent through Olva Courier company, which is responsible for the safe delivery of the order.

We have a delivery time of 1-4 business days, regardless of the day the order is placed. These times do not apply to promotions / holidays or special events.

All purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and / or holidays will be counted as made from the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: the prices of these shipments are automatically calculated depending on the number of items and the total weight of the order. All of our international shipments are handled by DHL and take an average of 7 to 14 business days to reach destination. You will receive an email with the tracking number for follow-up.

Freely Underwear may cancel the order due to lack of product availability.
