Please make sure to be very careful when trying on garments. We ask you to wear underwear underneath when trying your clothes for the first time.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return your garments for an exchange, get a credit in our store or receive a refund.
If you want to make an exchange or return, please bear in mind that the products that do not have the original labels are damaged, washed in any way, dirty, worn, with deodorant stains, have damage due to smoke or a musty smell they will not be taken into account for this process. No exceptions will be made to these conditions.
In case of receiving it in any of these states, the merchandise will be returned and you will be responsible for the return costs. We apply all these measures to guarantee your satisfaction.
Freely Underwear will only accept changes you request within 7 calendar days from the day you receive the product. Within this period of time, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason for the change / return and requesting a date and time to make the change. You must send to the Freely Underwear offices the product in perfect condition and with the labels on, in addition to presenting the purchase email. Only for Lima, you can also request the collection of the garment at your home with a payment of S / 10.
NOTE: The change of garments that are damaged, dirty, washed or whose labels have been removed will be rejected. Products received under these conditions will be returned and the buyer must bear the shipping costs.
In order for your exchange request to proceed, Freely Underwear will carry out a quality control to verify the conditions of the product. Once the change is approved, you can choose another product of the same price or change it for a higher value one, in which case you will pay the difference. You can also choose to have your money back.
Change requests that do not follow this policy will be rejected.
(*): To make changes and returns, request them by mail and then wait for our confirmation before returning any merchandise.
Only one change per product is allowed.
There is no exchange or refund of products purchased at SALE - DISCOUNT and / or products purchased under any type of promotion.
Freely Underwear will only accept the return of products with manufacturing defects.
For the return of the product, the same policy established for the exchange of products applies. Return requests that do not follow this policy will be rejected.
Freely Underwear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
All products returned after the allowed time will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
Freely Underwear reserves the right to deny the possibility of exchanges and returns to persons who, in our opinion, make excessive exchanges and returns.
Any product to which some type of discount has been applied is considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Currently we don't support Changes or Returns for International orders. All international sales are final.
